How to cancel the free trial
The free trial runs for 7 days. To avoid being charged, cancel before it ends — and you'll still keep FaceReady working right up to the moment the trial period runs out.
Cancel before day 7
- In FaceReady, go to Settings → Manage subscription.
- That opens your billing portal, run by Stripe, already signed in.
- Choose Cancel plan and confirm.
Do that any time before the 7 days are up and no payment is taken. There's no phone call and no hoops to jump through.
Cancelling during the trial doesn't cut you off straight away — you keep access until the trial period ends. After that it simply won't renew into a paid plan.
Changed your mind?
If you decide to stay, you don't need to do anything — leave the trial to run and it rolls into a paid subscription automatically. You can switch between monthly and yearly whenever you like.
